You could try https://mangadex.org. It's something like the spiritual successor to the old batoto. With groups having full control over their releases. Different Reader modes. Even has a reupload feature, if there was a fix/v2 for a chapter no need to delete the old one with all chapter comments/view counts, one can just upload a new zip to it?
Hello MC! I've been looking for a cleaner and typesetter for the project. We might make this project a joint project so to release this series more regularly. Hopefully this works out and we can get this series out quicker.
